Have a file? We print it. Have an idea? We design it.

An engineering design and print studio in the English Midlands. Send us a 3D model, a sketch, a photo or a broken part. A real engineer reviews every request and sends you a clear, itemised quote.

How it works

From enquiry to delivered part

No instant prices that change later. A person checks what is feasible first, then you get a fixed, itemised quote to accept or decline.

  1. Send your request

Upload a file, or describe the idea with photos and rough sizes. It takes a few minutes and you get a reference number straight away.

  2. We review it

An engineer checks feasibility, material and use. If something is unclear, we ask before guessing.

  3. You get a clear quote

Design, printing, finishing, delivery and VAT shown as separate lines, with lead time and what's included.

  4. Approve and pay securely

Accept online and pay through a secure hosted payment link. For design work you approve the CAD before anything is printed.

  5. Made, checked, dispatched

We print, inspect and pack your parts, then send tracking details. Design files are delivered as agreed.

Why MADE

A technical partner, not a print farm

Expertise

Professional design expertise

Parts are designed by someone who thinks about load paths, wall thickness, tolerances and how the part will actually be printed and used.

Pragmatism

Practical solutions

Sometimes the best answer is a small design change, a different material, or not printing at all. We will tell you which.

Clarity

Transparent quotes

Every cost is itemised. Scope, assumptions, revisions and lead time are written down before you pay anything.

FAQ

Common questions

Short answers here. The full list covers files, approvals, pricing, materials, IP, delivery and refunds.

All questions
Do I need a 3D file to get started?

No. A sketch, a few photos with a ruler in shot, or a written description is enough to start a design enquiry.

Why can't I get an instant price?

Price depends on geometry, material, orientation, supports and finish. We check each job by hand so the price we quote is the price you pay.

Which file types do you accept?

STL, 3MF, STEP, OBJ and most common CAD formats, plus photos and PDFs for reference.

Will my design stay confidential?

Yes. Your files are stored securely, seen only by us, and never used in marketing without your written permission.
